yep. probably by 2012 maybe. the next gta. they'd have to use bluray though.

what im looking foward to is a gta game where you can do absolutely ANYTHING. and it has everyone and everything, in the world. recreated from satilite data, and trillions of photography, with photorealistic (actually real looking) graphics. and everything in the world happening at once, realtime everything. with 1 load. you can even take rockets into space all the way to the moon and as far as science has knowledge on the universe.

this game would probably be the final installment in the gta series. but for anything to be that immense, it would take decades to make a game like that. the size of the game would be enormous; a petabyte in size or even larger. and as for processing and computing, quantum nano computers would have to be used, using petahert processing, and a gamma ray optical player or something.

a game like that would be a long way off, probably not even in our lifetime.
