both. I think for Gears it should definitely have a few extra people in case some can't make it to a match.

I would like to have two teams of 4, and if needed however many members that are needed for a match can just be someone off the other squad for Gears....

We will hold Gears Tryouts later this week. This will decide who will be in each team. I think that I talked to TFG about this and I decided that those who pay the extra money will get dibs first, if everyone were to put X3E in their gamertag, then it would go by who is good and who is better and who is the best...and so on
