So on the first day on the medicine and health care conference we were professional attire and where greeted to our teams and team leaders, who are in college, not uptight teachers, they were cool and not really your leader but your friends.
Rest of the week were did lectures on leadership skils, many different aspect of the medicine field, enough to keep everyone interested. We did a psa announcement( ours was on team work), a team cheer( i was on team k) and went with our teams and just talked We went to a medical school where each team was designated a standardized patient, we would watch the tl's talk to the patient, then for 20 minutes, groups of 3 would go act like doctors and get a medical history off the of patient(an actor paid by the school)and why they came in.....our team came up that it was Parkinson disease and we were right! teh process was over 5 days ![]() ![]() ![]() The next day we had to do that in 2 hours and team k got it right!!!! We went to navy pier, the magnificent mile and it was fun! went to a few museums and it was interesting!
