I cant tell the differance betweent the 2. I'd go for the 360 for the Achievements.

i just traded the xbox 360 version of gta iv for the ps3 version and the difference is that the phone looks alot ****tier, like blurry kinda, while the xbox is crisp and clear. and the anti aliasing is probably set to zero cause the objects look a bit more jagged, but the colors look ****in amazing on the ps3 version.
