it means someone here is is a bot(something programmed to do something) that posts ads and bas stuff

Yes, and it is my duty (and everyone elses, but mine specifically) to combat those bots by using that report button in the bottom corner of the post box. Because, I'm the X3E attack dog. Hear me roar--erm--bark... growl!
