I recently realized that the GOTY edition is coming out soon for Oblivion, and that it'll come with the Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles expansion pack, but everywhere I've looked, it's said nothing about the other little downloads available for Oblivion being included. So, I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not ALL of the DLC for Oblivion would be included in the GOTY Edition. Common sense tells me that it will, but, I want to make sure.

I thought what they did was release all the little additions and then later included them all in Knights of the Nine.

So to answer your question, yes, I think the GOTY Edition includes all the content.

And if you are looking to get Oblivion, it is cheaper to just get the GOTY E. instead of buying the regular version and then downloading stuff you want.

Actually if you look in XBLMP there's a lot of DLC for Oblivion... besides Knights of The Nine and The Shivering Isle. Regardless, from what I've read about the GOTY edition ALL of the current DLC for Oblivion will be included on that one disc. Great deal for people who haven't gotten the DLC yet!

I was going to buy this GOTY Edition even with just buying my current version of Oblivion, but as it is I doubt i'll even finish half of the quests in Oblivion with all the great games to distract me this Holiday.

In fact I haven't even played Oblivion since I got Dead Rising, and have played it only once since getting my 360 back from repair.

You'll get back into it when the releases become stagnant again. It's a good game for that...

Yeah. I had sold Morrowind when I was in this same position years ago, but then when no games were coming out I wish I still had Morrowind.

With Oblivion though I haven't even touched the Mages Guild, Dark Brotherhood, or Thieves Guild yet. And i'm only about halfway through the main story and the Fighters Guild.

I have though racked up about 50 hours play time (according to the load page).

I hope they make updated version of Morrowind for 360. And maybe add some more lands from Elder Scrolls series.
