I played Deception some at a friend's house. It was cool enough. I didn't really get to look at all off them but I liked Sub-Zero a lot.

If you like fighting games then I would say pick it up. It also has an adventure type mode called Konquest so if you get tired of just the same old one on one fights then you could do the Konquest mode. For 15$ I would say get it.

And just think, Konquest is almost the exact same thing as Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks and it's still better.
