I call it World of Dorkcraft cuz its so lame and yet millions of gamers are glued to this game. I hate it.

To be fair, I tried WoW. It is kinda cool that you can choose from a bunch of different races and classes, and then customize your guy. But once you enter world its kinda vague on what your supposed to do. My brother who plays it and tells me to, "Go talk to this guy, noob!" And so I do and I get a quest to kill some animals. The quest is to kill 8 boars...lame. I click to attack and just watch my guy kill the boar and then I move to the next...so lame. That's the first thing you do pretty much. I want to be having fun in the first 5 minutes of gameplay...

Now I understand it gets deeper than that: you get to level 70 and make your guy powerful and go places. But you have to put so much time and money ($15 per month) into this game, and for what? It consumes your life.

WoW nerds donate so to play this game to make their characters cool and good. Why don't they get into the real world and make themselves cool and good.

And there is so many people who play this stupid game! I here people talk about it at school. They think about it during class and they are excited to go home and play it, even though they do everyday. My brother tells me about his WoW characters and I either listen (but not really) or I tell him, "I don't care about that game!"

Sometimes, at night, I'm trying to sleep and I hear him in the next room voice chatting with his WoW buddies. So annoying...

I want the game Wow to just stop existing, then maybe these nerds will realize they live on Earth, and not this virtual make-belief world of dorkcraft.

They're not much different from gamers. They like games, it just happens that these games take about 500% of their lives away from them.

Yeah iv ranted about WoW for so many years i really can't be bothered saying it again lol. In 2004 when it came out and was crazed at my school i was the first to start calling it ****.

I still don't get it either. It's such a bad game, and it's so addictive to people. I know a few kids on Xbox Live who used to be on all the time, i used to play with him a lot. Then his Xbox broke and while it was getting repaired he tried WoW with a 15 day trial. Figures, he got hooked on it and now he barely goes on Xbox anymore. I just don't get it. What do people like about it so much? I played it once, and i hated it.

iv played it too and when you tell fans you played it and still hate it they say "yeah sure, give it a chance" as if, iv played it and can't stand how lame and cartoony it is.

I played it, and I didn't get hooked on it, it's a decent game.

Not worth it, you'll only get flamed by people you really don't want to be by...Emo's, addicts and so on. Those are the people of WoW.

I'm not afraid of flamers. They cannot offend me. What are they gonna do? Call me a hippy? Say I live with my parents?

I've tried it several times and each time I cant find what's so addicting about.
