The information for it at Ebgames.com doesnt say 2 guitars so idk.

I do know though that one of the Rock Band developers said that Guitar Hero guitars would be compatible with Rock Band. So even if it only comes with 1 guitar, anyone who got Guitar Hero II can use that guitar for Rock Band for the bass i guess.
