It may not be "fixable". If the power goes out, it can "fry" your hard drive on your computer or hard drive/memory unit on your 360. Whenever there is a storm coming through, I turn everything off. Your 360 could be "fryed", but most likely it is just the memory card that got "fryed".

Your data got fried. But yeah, call Xbox support. They might give you a refund.

unless you got some extra waranty from a specific store like best buy, MS wont give you a refund for a user problem. Since its not technically a hardware problem. |

technically the 'most' the 'could' do is replace the parts IF it was a tecnical problem with the hardware/software. but they would declare that a user issue and kinda just brush you off as it was your fault :/
1- invest in a surge protector, and not a cheap one 2- if its a bad t-storm Unplug all your electronics, or at least turn them off 3- DO NOT play your expensive electronics where there is a chance of a poweroutage/overage it can damage a lot of things >< luckily the only thing ive had mess up was a tele phone and my microwave(looks egyptian now instead of numbers lol) |

unplugging insures theres no way for it to get messed up do you use a surge protector? if you dont i would recommend if you leave your stuff plugged in, to go buy one. comepare prices to the resistance. higher prices usually means its better but not always >< get a mediocrely priced one and oyu should be fine, if you do have one then {congratulations} lol

I had this happen to me a while back on my hard drive and I called 1-800-4MY-XBOX and they told me to check a few things and determined that my profile was corrupted because I signed out on my normal profile and used a guest profile to shut the system off. I had to just recover my gamertag and that pretty much it. In your case though all of your memory might be gone, but good luck.
