Well i got to purchase a wireless adapter as me mum dun want wires trapsing around the house... but im not sure on how far the range is on one of them

does anyone have an idea???

Well,it will cost you a good $100.Pretty expensive for a adapter.

around £50 here in england, but still mum will not let me have a long ethernet cable... :|
but do u knw the range?
or anyother adapters that are cheaper and would work???

Not that I heard of.I think you can only use th Microsoft Brand Adapters though.

Then get your friends router, theres quite a few of them that reach a good distance and don't cost too much.

I think the range is the same as the controller (30 ft.) but I'm not quite sure.

There alright, before I got a 70 foot Ethernet cable I had one it was about 50 ft away from my router and had to go through 2 walls too. It still had a decent connection though I rarely had it drop even when I played Gears. Still I would recommend getting a cord its way better.

well i told my mum bout the cable but she wont let me, and i aint paying the wireless adapter getting it extra for b-day

thats further than mine, mine would be bout 30ft away and one wall =)

It should say on the box of the adapters how far they reach. If your are playing in your house not out side, there shouldn't be any problems what so ever for you to not get it to work. I'm using a damn 50 dollar game adapter one I got from Wal-mart for 3 years now and I had no problems with it.
