It'll get worst everytime you use it. Just call it in.

^I'm not going to call it in, theres only a few minor things for at the time being. It hasn't overheated in over a month now, it reads all my discs but i get the occassional disc error. And it's just very loud. I don't like it being that loud, when comparing it to my brother. I'm not going to pay however the amount is just because i didn't get another stupid red light. When it overheats you get the 2 lights and then theres the 3 red lights. Wont waste my money.

Could be. Or i could just be one of those lucky kids who never gets it (knock on wood, and yes every time i say that i will say knock on wood).

yea after the first couple of times my 360 would freeze just because I brought up the dashboard, I knew my was going to die soon.

But hey, chances are you'll get a new one( like I'm hoping)

getting three red lights,is it a sign of real danger or any serious problem?
I'm not aware of it..

It pretty much means your 360 is fried. The first time you get it, you can prolong its death for a day or two then it'll have the RROD of no return. Microsoft fix it for free.
