****in retards at microsoft. i called about my xbox about 1-2 weeks ago for them to send in a box and labels so i can send my broken ****in xbox. and the ****in piece of **** gave us a reference number and said 3-5 days. so now that i call back they're telling me that the muther****er never even filed for a repair.
so now i have to ****in wait even longer now for their ****in mistake. i can already tell that something else is gonna happen like shipping it back to the wrong ****in person, or giving me an even ****tier xbox. |
