Depending on where you live, it could take you 2 weeks to 3 months, for you to get your Xbox back. So, hopefully you live in Texas.

Hmm. Did you miss the part where I said that the warranty is up? That would have been my first choice if I still was under warranty. Or are you talking about the RROD warranty? They still cover you even if you haven't gotten the RROD yet?

No, just overheat the Xbox on purpose since the problem right now is unfixable, then you can get covered by the RROD warranty.

Overheating it wont give it RROD? Mines overheated plenty of times and i never got the RROD.

Overheat, and still keep it going. It'll eventually fry the circuits giving the Xbox RROD. Or you can take the easy way out and buy a Nyko Intercooler. xD

the intercooler makes it worse, thats wat i heard cause my freind has it and when i go to his house he told me he never turns it on, cause i talmost got him the RROD!!

I've used the Nyko Intercooler for several months now, and my 360 is doing just fine. But i did hear the first generation of the intercoolers had some problems but the new ones have been great.

ok then i know now, my friend just uses his as a stand up now
