So I was playing Saints row and I accidently bump into my 360. I heard this noise, and I immediately took the disc out. The disc has this big ring around the recorded area. I put the disc in to see if it works, and it gave me an error saying the "disc wasn't readable." So now that my game is f-ed up, could I get a replacement? If so, who I contact?

Nope, you can't get a replacement. Try to return it at the store you bought it at. I did that when my COD2 got scratched but that was right when the 360 game out so I dunno if they would let you anymore...

Call Microsoft Support. They should give you a new disk if it's under warranty. I believe there is a 90 day warranty on disks so as long as you bought it within 90 days you should be fine.

Do they need a receipt? I don't have the receipt because someone ordered it for me over Amazon.com.

Maybe they would ask for some type of serial code or some other form to ID when the disc was purchased

lmao. That email is typical email response. You should call them. It will be a lot easier and less painful. Emails are always generic like that.

You probably are better off buying a new one, but still keep contacting them to see if you can at least get a discount or your money back
