How do you remove the faceplate from the console? I'm curious.

Don't Pull it hard thought.It might break if you do.

put yoour thumb in the usb flap thingy and pull towards you and to the left, thats the easiest way if yoour faceplate is hard to get off

but I don't like faceplates anyway so blah

Yeah just stick your thumb in the spots where you plug in your USB controller or charger and pull but do it slowly dont just rip it out. Unless you dont care if you break it but you just said you were afraid to break it (same here but i did it)
