You had a profile you were using and then created a new profile that is Live capable? If that is the case then... no, unfortunately, you can not use any of your saves/data from that other account with your paid account.
If somebody else KNOWS to the contrary please prove me wrong. I know Fred will appreciate it.

if ur asking about gamerscore then no, but u might be able to transfer saves with a memory card, im not 100% positive though so you'll have to do some research
