I treat my mics with tender loving care and they still break on me every 2 weeks. Why?

Ah that sucks. Do you overuse it or step on it? Or have you ever like yanked the cord off your Controller?

Do you use wireless or the wired one?

Just let it out and say it, Microsoft makes their mic's very breakable because they want more money out of them.

I have two mics and neither one of them has broken. And its been like 1 year.

Wow my first mic lasted me from December of last year to about June of this year, then i got another one and that lasted from June to about September and i got the new one mid September and it's still going for me.

everyone should get a wireless mic, yes they are a pain to charge but i've had mine over a year and no problems at all, before i got it i went through about 4 wired 360 mics until i was tired of wasting money

Yeah, thats what I'm asking for Christmas. I hear they're a lot better then the wired ones.

I take back what I said earlier about my mic. I don't want to jinx myself. I did that about bragging about the reliability of my 360 and it broke like 2 days after.

Wired, and I treat it with tender loving care. I might get one of those plantronics mics again, my old plantronics lasted like 10 months.

Know what is the funny thing, I have two they never had a problem, hell I'm still using the one I got from my old xbox about 5 years ago when it first came out.

I kinda broke it some more and it started working again if that makes sense... I think I'm gonna ask for a wireless one for Christmas too since I don't have much on my list. Don't they make an echo though?
