God i can't wait for Gears 2, it's going to be awesome. GoW lasted me a long time though, probably around 10-11 months. Thats a good length to play a game, IMO.

Because they can't handle the realism of the game, they rather just run around with a host shotgun and easily win. What is the main reason why you don't like COD4? You actually have to aim? No auto aim?

well then that just proves that it takes skill dude but, but when i bought gears it seemed ok downloaded the new maps and everything but after a good hour or so it bumped out but the next day i got it replaced and worked just fine so i think some disc are just screwed up.

Gears takes tons of skill..sure the host thing is UBER-BULL****!!! but you just forget about it and keep playing. Iv played Gears unranked for so long i have a reputation among all the Australians i play with. The main thing i didn't like about CoD 4 is the confusing weapons and horrible respawns. Gears takes strategy and is slower paced just the way i like it. Halo and CoD 4 is fast paced "bang-bang your dead" with hardly that much skill other than how fast you are :/

Ya you think Gears use strategy, COD4 is urban war you don't think strategy is in this game?

Also you can run and gun the whole game in Gears and get kills. The guns in COD4 are real you have to aim right to hit them, if slightly off you will miss him completely. Also its the way you use your perks decides on how well you gun is, there are curtain combos to create something that pwns. Like a MP5 with stopping power rocks.

Both games have their positives and both have their negatives. Both also take skill, i guess when your not host for GoW. Also you can't say one game is a bang bang your dead type of game. It's all based on how you play. If you like to stay back and keep it cool with a sniper then there is no bang bang your dead. And in GoW it depends on where you want to head towards, which weapon your going to use. You don't have to charge out anywhere with a shotgun. You judge the game on how you play it, you can't say that to others who take a completely different view to the game of how they play it.

Ok uh im on my second disc now...and guess what, same old **** when a match is loading my 360 goes silent and the disc is unreadable! it must be my disc drive or something, why can i play everything else with no probs except Gears!!!
