I was supposed to receive my console today and it hasn't come so I checked the tracking number on the FedEx website, and called only to find that they hadn't even picked up the console and to call the shipper. I spoke to a Microsoft Supervisor and he told me that once they obtain a tracking number that it is out of their hands. I called FedEx again to double check, maybe there servers were down or something. The representative just laughed and said they had not picked up a package with that tracking number, but they did have the shipping data. I called Microsoft once again and they told me to call back tomorrow if it didn't come. I'm gonna be so pissed if it doesn't come today.

i feel so bad man cause last april when i sent my xbox i had no prob at all, and it came in like 1week and a half

I called back and the guy said that they over nighted it to FedEx, because they promised me they would overnight it. However, it may take 3-5 business days for FedEx to get the product to me. Good job Microsoft, but I think thats a load of garbage because it clearly states overnight shipping to my home address on FedEx.com.

It said the Estimated Date of Arrival was by 3:00 pm est on the 17th. FedEx didn't pick up the package until like 8 tonight. It's supposed to be here tomorrow, the 18th. :\

FedEx is slow I remember I should have gotten mine a week before I actually got it and even then I had to drive down there to pick it up, which is odd cause I was home at the times they said they came. You should have gotten another box while waiting instead of missing out on gaming time, plus you'd have a back up if one fails in the future which is likely.
