yea i hit it really hard and it opened, then when i shut it, it made a weird noise, then when i touched it normally it went back to not opening. im just gonna leave it. they better replace it with a disk drive that wont break in a month, or i wish theyd give me a new xbox cause mine was manufactured in sept. 06.

This happens to me if there is not a disk in it, just push the button and push on the tray to kind of force it to open, works for me.

microsoft should just put in one of those sliders, or disk bays, w/e they call em. the ps3 and wii have em and i think its time the 360 got one. it'd probably be more durable, and last longer, because the current one jams alot and is really flimsy.

Pressing the open Button.
On the original Xbox, there was a hole that you could stick a paperclip or something into, and Manually open it. I don't know if this is present on the 360. ---------------- Now playing: Finntroll - Aldhissla via FoxyTunes |
