Ya I talked to the guy about that, he said do NOT use the intercooler. Its one of the reasons why mine is overheating. I wasn't the first person to do that.

I got the newer generation of the Nyko Intercoolers and it works great for me. It used to overheat constantly but since i got that, the amount of times it has overheated has reduced greatly.

Yet, they still overheat your Xbox? Lol. I'd rather just not get an intercooler. But rather get a fan. I'd rather have a device clean the dust out of the vent holes rather than something that overheats the Xbox every 10 minutes.

Well I know I have a whole year left on my warranty so I don't really care anymore if it ****s up again I'll just send it back.

You don't really need a initercooler.

Just put a fan next to your 360.

Why waste the room with a fan when you can attach something to the back of your 360? Seems simple and easy to me.

Just in case your worried about your Xbox getting hot. I know plenty of people with them, and their 360 is fine. It's just being protective and helping it avoid the situation that you and i have.

Lucky I just sent mine. 2 weeks and counting.

Mine took 11 days to get back. Depending on where you live it could be faster than 2 weeks.
