Not at all. It's only boring if you've got a blowout and most of the time, you don't. Most if not all of a football game is fun to watch, IMO.

I didn't really say a nail-biter is the only time football is fun to watch. I said if it's a blowout then it's boring, but anything if teams are playing great defense or great offense to see both teams have high scores, IMO is fun to watch.

Well, I personally think football games have too long rest periods. I mean come on... a 40/50/60 rest period between plays? Wtf?

Trust me, it is not a lot of time, considering you need to get your play call, relay it to all your team mates, get up to the line, get set, think about what you have to do, go through your cadinces and then hike the ball, not to mention by the 2nd or 3rd Quarter you are starting to dog it because you are dead tired.

That's why I love basketball, constant-action.

Baseball is alright too, I guess.

I like watching college and the NFL (for fantasy football)

Not really a sports game fan because there are other games out there that make me think more about what I'm doing while playing.

couldnt agree with you more, when i play football or basketball at my school its way better playing it in person than watching. playing a sports video game isnt that bad either, but i dont like watching sports.

Yeah, its way more fun to play basketball with your friends (not-gaming) than watching it. But I still love to watch basketball. Gaming is just there so that you can pretend to be a sports all-star.
