when doing the training missions how do you heal you team up. Ive read the tips section and says aim the crosshairs at your team member then press up on the d-pad and that it meant to heal them. i also read you can heal team members yourself by pressing the Y button. But theres a problem. I have a team member with 25% health and it wont let me heal him up. when i press the Y button nothing happens and when i press up on the d-pad it changes the entire team into assault mode. either way it doesnt heal my team members

help needed if possible

they have to be down to get healed but only up to 1/4 of their health. so they have to be down to be abled to heal.
