IGN
A fantasy RPG which incorporates both first-person and third-person views. According to James Seaman of regional distributor Topware, you will play with your very own customizable character. He (or she) must eat, sleep, and drink like a real person. The consequences to not doing so can be disastrous to your character. For example, if you do not eat, you will gradually lose HP over time (and more than likely lose it at an increasing rate after so many hours of starvation). Losing sleep will cause your character to lose combat effectiveness, and for magical users, the ability to successfully cast spells.

The magic system will be like a card game. Instead of acquiring scrolls and memorizing them (as is standard in most RPGs) you acquire tarot cards by means of questing, stealing, or purchase. These cards will offer up a wide range of offensive and defensive bonuses. What's more, these cards will be stackable, adding multipliers to one another. It may feasible that players will have a broad palette of spells from which to mix and match, creating their own signature styles.

Developer Reality Pump says that the finished product will have hundreds of quests and all will be non-linear in nature. This allows you to play the game in the order which you choose. The developers also tell us that the game will have a large number of guilds which you can join. Depending on the guild you choose, certain endings to the game will be made available to you. Criteria like your alignment and guild will determine which endings may be possible.

Two Worlds will have a strong emphasis on singleplayer, shipping with a very large number of endings (final number to be determined). Multiplayer will include games will up to 8 players maximum, although details on the gametypes have yet to be announced. A closed Beta of the game will begin in approximately two months. Two Worlds will ship in Germany in Christmas 2006. Expect it worldwide in early 2007. (IGN.com)

At least it says it has multiplayer, which is something most rpgs don't have. No we just wait and hope that it will be fun.
