'Lost' Game Made Official
A 'Lost' game is most definitely in the works - straight from the horse's mouth.

Ubisoft have announced a publishing deal with Touchstone Television to develop and publish a game based on the very, very popular (at least where I come from) TV series, Lost.

The video-game is being developed at Ubisoft Montréal - due out some time in 2007 on all major platforms. Since the deal is a long-term one we could be seeing Lost games for quite some time. It's safe to say the game will be coming out on Xbox 360.

"We are delighted to work with Bryan Burk, one of the biggest producers in Hollywood and with Touchstone Television," said Yves Guillemot, chief executive officer of Ubisoft. "That they have chosen us for the adaptation of the cult series 'Lost' is the best homage that a producer can make to the creativity of Ubisoft."


"This deal is another example of how truly powerful the 'Lost' brand is," said Bruce Gersh, senior vice president, business development, ABC Entertainment and Touchstone Television. "We are excited to work together with Ubisoft to create a gaming experience that will allow fans to further immerse themselves into the mysteries and intrigues of the series."

OMG, they can not just do that.....how the heck with the game work? A mystries?

i was just thinking that. but it is going to be made by Ubisoft, so maybe it will have the mechanics of a game like "Beyond Good and Evil"

The game will NOT be a FPS, a possble RPG sounds reasonalbe and a stratagy, mystry sounds well.

i almost hope it won't even be a shooter. an adventure would be nice
