Today, Microsoft has announced an Xbox 360 classics range, similar to the original Xbox’s and the PlayStation 2’s Platinum range. The first few titles will hit home on October 13th, and will include Perfect Dark Zero, Kameo, Condemned and King Kong. The price for this reduced range? £24.99 ($30).

"The Xbox 360 Classics programme allows new gamers to always have access to the greatest games at a great price," said EMEA director of marketing and platform Richard Teversham. "Xbox 360 will have a ten million unit head start by the end of 2006 and there will be plenty of new console owners eager to jump in to the best-selling Xbox 360 games."
