Default Dead Rising Help Needed!

First off, because I don't have the 360 hooked to an HDTV, i can't read most of the messages and dialog in the game, and therefore am clueless about how to do a few things.

This will be updated as I get new questions, but first:

1. How do i recharge the camera? it is out of batteries and i can't figure out how to make it be able to take pictures again.

and

2. is there a way to make the text bigger!?

I can read the text fine and I'm not on an HDTv...

and even when I Can read it, I find it useless

go to a camera place, there's one to the right of the door you go through from that warehouse. In there you can recharge your batteries

Yeah, go to an eletronics store and they'll have batteries for you. As for the text and the HDTV problem... the reason you can read them Brave is because there was an update that fixed the problem. TFG doesn't have Live yet hence NO UPDATES... so he's kinda screwed on that for now.
TFG... you should just take your 360 upstairs to a TV near an internet hook-up and get the updates for all of your games... then take your 360 back downstairs and rock out!

argh. and what sucks is that they just re-released Dead Rising in the Platinum Hits edition that probably has the update, whereas mine is just a regular version.

Thanks for the camera help. Seriously I don't think the game says where to recharge the camera...

hopefully i can try just taking the console upstairs and hooking it up to get the updates for DR.

tiny but clear is fine. tiny and blurry is very annoying though for me

And now i've found that the bosses in the game are extremely difficult! There were three guys in a humvee that I tried to fight at first and died. The next time I just grabbed the girl and ignored the humvee and just got back in the mall. The guy in the gunshop though seems nearly impossible

darn! I just checked and it turns out there is not and never was an update on XBL to fix the game's blurry text when playing on SDTVs

There is an HDTV in my house, so maybe i'll try playing it on that and see how much i'm missing not playing DR on it.

Really?! I could have sworn when I first had the game and that issue was being brought up that the developers said there was a patch coming... excuse me... I was temporarily RETARDED!

Here is what Capcom had to say when the text complaining started:

Capcom: "Unfortunately Dead Rising was optimized for High Definition TV's. Due to this, the font in the game might be difficult to read on standard definition TV's. If you are having a hard time reading the text, please try the following: 1.) Adjust the settings on your TV or monitor. 2.) Try using component cables instead of standard composite. 3.) Setting the TV to widescreen ratio (even though you may not have a widescreen TV) may help in some cases."

ok...tips are great (although none fix the problem), but how about a patch?

Capcom: “Dead Rising was optimized for HD and we offered some suggestions for SD TV owners. Due to the amount of text and the size of the patch necessary to change the text, a patch isn’t possible for this issue. We had asked the team if it was even possible but … due to the scope of what a patch would need to cover, it wasn’t possible.”

Its weird...I can now understand most of the text, but it just takes me awhile to read. And plus the survivors really don't have much important to say...

I'm almost done with the 72-hour mode and i'm going to try to unlock Overtime mode.

Thats what i'm going to do. I'm lvl. 30 already so I have a lot of space to store items

I have a question that I'm going to ask instead of try because last time I tested what an option would do I had to restart...

When you don't make one of the main scoops in time they all expire and there's a menu that says:

Load

Return to Game

Save Status and Quit

now, does return to game mean you can continue playing and not have to deal with the main story?
