Achievments where I can jsut play the game and get some and some where it requires you to play the game like 3 times, like mass effect!

I like them when they relate to the story and typically MP doesn't really have much to do with the story.

I think it's retarded how Vegas 2 has an achievement for scanning your own face with a Xbox Camera.. I'll never get 1000/1000 on this game

I agree. But i think I'm going to get a camera soon anyway, so i guess it's not as bad. Even if i did have one, i still see it as a bad achievement to have.

Yea Im a fan of online but if I have a choice to either get it online or off I'd do it offline because it would be less work honestly :/

Plus Vegas 1 had a cam achievement but this time I didn't even bother because its a pain in the a$$ to do.

You may have bought XBL to play with others but I buy my games for their story and all the work that's put into creating their campaign. Great MP is definitely a bonus but it's not the main reason I buy a game. Due to that I prefer my achievements to have something to do with the story and campaign. I just prefer story related elements and the unique ways developers can intertwine their game with their achievements.

i picked I don't care as long as they well thought out and aren't ridiculously hard to get.
i play campain before live to get a hang of the game, i dont like hard avhements like in Mass Effect, the game does rock through.

How does that question even make any sense? Who would buy a game and not play a fun portion of the game? I said I typically choose my games based off of their campaigns because that's where the story is. In the campaign is where all the creative story telling is and so I think that is where the majority of creative achievements will always be. Honestly... how many MP achievements have you seen... across how many games... that were the exact same thing? "Kill this many with this weapon", "Kill this many in a row", etc... the achievements in MP are usually (not always) pretty mindless when it comes to their creation.

Achievements that you can only get a certain way(such as the vision camera) are pretty Fail too. Some of us can't do that :/

and the ones that can are like "Oh look at me, I toke a picture of myself and put it into the game. Oh I got 5G for doing it. Oh"
