software development takes a long time, working out bugs, glitches, optimization etc. of course the consoles are not out yet, they'll probably get some early specs, or something to get it right. but developers on an engine as good as unreal, will perfect it.

Well, at least we know they got a long time to work on it. Which means it'll be somewhat better in quality.
