What console are we all forgetting about? The Wii, its the closest competitor the 360 atm because of its cheap prices. PS3 has nearly the same tech as the 360, just higher price. Which lowers its sales.

I'm interested to see if this continues. All of a sudden, the Xbox 360 is the system to own if you are an RPG fan. Final Fantasy XIII, Last Remnant, Infinite Undiscovery, Star Ocean IV, Tales of Vesparia... the list goes on and on. Since Japan loves RPGs, I would expect the sales to continue to be impressive. Although FF13 is not releasing on the Xbox 360 in Japan...

I'm guessing it is because they have yet to start development on the Xbox 360 version. At E3, Square Enix said that they will not work on the Xbox 360 version until they start translating the PS3 version into English.

If Xbox 360 sales pick up in Japan, I would imagine that Square Enix would eventually release the game in Japan, though.
