i might sell my xbox 360. if i do it might be before the end of this year or next year. even though the xbox 360 has superb games, ever since ive gotten my ps3 ive fallen in love with it. and hardware is more important to me than games usually.

and why pay for xbox live when i can play free on playstation. i could get a game with those 50 bucks.

for anybody who cares.

ill be on games for windows live though after i sold my xbox.

i knew everyone would be like this. i personally just think its WAYY better than the xbox.

GravityFlux seems like hes the only one who has posted here that has the right to his opinion, because he owns one. everyone else has either played it once or twice or never played it all.

the xbox 360 exclusives are dying to me. halo was one of the best games ive ever played. but like all games it gets old after a while. a few changes here and there. nothing too new. gears of war 2 has alot of changes but its nothing extreme. and those are the only xbox exclusives interesting, which arent as interesting as 1 or 2 years ago. seriously shooter after shooter gets so ****in boring to me. left 4 dead looks awesome as hell though.

metal gear solid is an awesome series, and so far is playstation exclusive. little big planet looks like fun, warhawk is fun and massive, mag looks the same but more realistic, resistance 2 looks way better than the first one. la noire by rockstar is supposed to be a ps3 exlcusive. god of war iii, killzone 2. socom looks okayish now too.

in my opinion the xbox is loosing its bang that it used to have. i thought the xbox 360 was awesome at first now the ps3 is just more interesting to me. especially since ive gotten one.

here is my reasoning.

1. alot of games that were xbox exclusives at one time are now becoming sequels and releasing cross platform. not all though, but some are just not as good as they were a few years ago.
2. the playstation platform is not a sinking ship. i think the ps3 has alot of potential. seriously have any of you ever heard of M.A.G, only possible on the ps3.
3. your alowed to upgrade to any laptop drive you want, you can use any bluetooth headset you want, you can use any usb stick you want to as a memory card, you can install linux on your ps3, seriously i saved like 500 dollars right there compared to the xbox, and theres so much more you can do.
4. ALL OF MY OTHER GAMES I HAVE on the xbox i can get on the ps3 or pc. which has free online.
5. hardware is most important to me because it determines what developers can do. metal gear solid 4, little big planet, and mag are great examples of that. im sure there will be more soon.
6. playstation network is almost as good as xbox live mind a few features. and its free. and it jsut keeps getting better as time passes. eventually xbox live will have to becom free in order to compete.

rumors are that the ps4, and wii hd, will release 1 year before the xbox in 2011 (xbox 3 in 2012)

but i just really think that in a few years the ps3 will be a bigger deal, and that the ps4 in its early years will be great.

i mean if microsoft and xbox keeps up their game, by nickel and diming their customers and not giving them enough options and restricting them, the xbox just wont be as good as the ps4 or wii 2. my opinion and im pretty sure it wont bite me in the ass. my judgement on things like this are usually pretty good.

Yeah, Resistance 2, God of War III and a few other PS3 exclusives do look good but so many of the other games are crap. It is true that most of the games you can play on the 360 you can also play on the PS3 and if you're more interested in the free PSN then I can see the move being a good choice.

The PS3 does have it perks. Like free online and free downloads. Etc. My cousin did the same thing. I myself, want to change because I think we're all getting cheated by the high prices of the marketplace, and the XBL monthly payments.
