i wanted to make this thread so we can all talk about predictions for Halo 3 such as possible new weapons, where the story will go, etc.

i honestly hated the Flood in Halo 2 so even though i know that they are going to appear in Halo 3, i'm hoping they're not as big of a role or in nearly as many levels

I predict multiplayer will have no strategy, it will be easy so a ton of little kids will play it. And then in the postgame lobby, they will yell and hurt my head. And then i will pick up a year old advanced warfighter, and play it with mature people, and i will say " Gee this game sure is good"

i think the Halo series has almost become too mainstream.

Bungie could put out a horrible game, and everyone would love it, o wait they did that with halo 2, my bad <_<

Well, I'm pretty sure they will, seeing as a major plot point in Halo 2 was Gravemind taking some Flood on the Pillar of Autumn and escaping Delta Halo.

And Sage, we all know YOU don't like Halo 2, but you don't need to ruin this topic because of it. We're talking about what we think will happen and you come in and flame against the game AGAIN. It's really starting to get annoying how you ruin every topic about this game.

I may be misinterpreting your definition of "mainstream," but a lot of FPS's have tried to emulate Halo 2 because of its success, and none have succeeded. The Halo series is very innovative; a lot of things afterwards aren't.

I think it will be called Halo Infinity

sense Halo is just like Marathon, the 3rd one could be Halo Infinity :P

I think that is what the game will be. Actually i know the game will have a ton of young kids and they will scream and cus and yell. There wer thousands and thousands on halo 2, and they wil lreturn. It is the truth. And if it is like halo 2, this game will have a VERY short campain.

That's not a prediction. And saying a lot of kids will play it is not a prediction abou tthe game; it's about people who will play the game.

And I don't know about you, but I get whiney kids on EVERY game I play, including GRAW. I just deal with it, and it would be nice if you did, because complaining about it brings you to their level and just annoys the heck out of everyone else.
