When I sign in to Live, my first few sections of the dashboard never load. It lets me play and see my friends and messages, but the marketplace, xbox live, and games sections of th dashboard just have the little loading circle thinggy forever and ever. any helppppppppppppppppppp?

Well the game section is on your Xbox on live. Might be something wrong with your 360. The only thing that is running with live is the MP and the live blade. Take your hard drive out and then put it back. See if that works.

I never lag unless your Host is some crap.

It happens to me too sometimes. It wont stop loading but if you push the guide button you can see friends, messages etc. The thing i do is just restart my Xbox or i just play a game then go back to the dashboard. Works for me.

Just do that and it'll offset everything.
